A. If your son is having headaches and feeling anxious, giving paracetamol may help only if the headache is due to pain like fever, cold, or fatigue. However, if the headache is linked to anxiety, stress, or emotional tension, paracetamol will not address the root cause. ✅ What You Can Do: Ask him calmly what’s bothering him—school, friends, sleep, screen time, etc. Ensure he gets enough rest, water, and nutritious food. Create a calm, reassuring environment at home. Limit screen time and encourage outdoor play or creative activities. ⚠️ When to See a Doctor: If headache keeps coming back, worsens, or is accompanied by vomiting, vision problems, fever, or behavior changes If he looks very anxious, has trouble sleeping, or talks about fear, sadness, or stress often In such cases, it’s better to consult a pediatrician or child psychologist instead of giving medication repeatedly. Let me know his age and more symptoms if you'd like more specific guidance.
