I put more than kg weight after delivery. please suggest some thing. specially for belly fat.

A. Hello To lose weight, you can 1. Include nutritious foods like low fat paneer, skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd, Vegetables, salads 2. Avoid fried, sugary, junk, bakery foods 3. exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast You can do this after baby completes 6 months
