how to loose weight after delivery. specially tummy fat

A. Dear parent, tummy fat reduction will need overall weight and fat loss. Eat mindfully and reduce the intake of packaged and processed foods, oily foods. Have a high fibre diet, lean proteins and healthy fats. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day. Exercises like abdominal crunches, pelvic tilts will help to tone the stomach muscles.
