Q.

i pump my breastmilk as i cudnt breastfeed my baby....... is it alr8 n also hw 2 increase breatmilk

A. Hello mom thats fine but inbetween try to directly feed the baby through the breast , otherwise it is fine , foods that help to enhace the milk production are garlic , flax seeds, drumstick , fenugreek leaves , dry fruits , panjiri , milk , oats , jeera , ajwain , saunf water etc
