I need a perfect diet chart for my kids one is 3years and other is 4year old

A. hi include 3 to 5 meals a day Give only 2 cups milk a day Add protein rich foods like egg. paneer, curd, chicken fish pulses soya chunks curd Add green vegetables, fruits, nuts like almonds walnuts cashews dates to kids meals
