A. Hi To lose weight, you need to 1. Exercise daily for 45 minutes 2. Avoid sugar, sweets fried foods, junk foods, bakery foods 3. Include lot of vegetables, fruits, nuts protein rich foods like pulses, egg white, skim milk, low fat paneer In your meals.
