i m too much over weight. now it is getting very difficult to loose

A. Hello dear parent, you must eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Also drink lots of water. Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between And consult with a dietician for proper diet that should be followed. As she will know more about your health I through y ou and prepare diet chart on that basis.
