Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

Late in pregnancy, you may also feel sensations of stomach tightening during Braxton Hicks contractions, when your body is practicing for labor. These are normal, as are brief sensations of pressure or cramps.
