ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician2 years agoA. depending on site of the tightness one can further comment It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Then you should check with your doctor ones because tightening up of the stomach is not considered very nice at this year it Mausi is a sign for labour during the time when you complete your term of pregnancy so currently I would recommend you to have a word with a gynaecologist
