i m pregnant of 5 months....my weight is not gaining nd my 1st baby boy is still wants mothers milk he is 13 months old.... dct said me have tiffa because she said me tht its look like i dnt see baby growth

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
