hello friends I m 5 months pregnant n my weight is 46 from last 6 months y I m not gaining weight how can I gain some weight

A. Hello mom Even after getting a proper diet you are not gaining weight that in such case you should definitely take a help of dietician because Dr can only advise you will after examining you and checking your reports then you can continue following the diet
