Q.

I'm not having my periods from past 3 months is it normal coz in Aug I giv birth from then two months I had bleeding cos post delivery was not made clear on Oct 15 I had heavy bleeding they removed a retained product of constipation till now I dint had my periods. Pls help

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very common after delivery. It all depends on the hormonal changes. You still have chances of getting pregnant if proper contraception is not used. Maintain a good personal hygiene. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Speak to your doctor for further advice.

Q. Hi, I am 9 weeks postpartum (C Section) and exclusively breastfeeding. I got my periods on 12th Aug that lasted 3 days (15th Aug) with medium bleeding.
