Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

You didn't mention about pregnancy whether primi or multi(first or second) .
Due to strain heavy work also back pain occurs .
However you can do household works but avoid heavy works- washing clothes, mopping, bending, lifting heavy weights, using stairs very often.
