ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist3 years agoA. hi mom this heamoglobin will increase through oral iron supplements you should take good protiens in diet as globin is protiens part have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits have nuts like almonds walnuts 4 to 5 pieces daily
