Q.

I’m having Lower abdomen,back and thigh pain at 18weeks of pregnancy…is it common?

A. If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet and also do some regular exercise specihially back extension exercises to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium and iron supdplements suggested by your doctor if still you are having weakness and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment
