I'm giving daily sprouted ragi java,rice cerelac to my 7months baby is it good or not

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you can give sprouted ragi java to your baby. Instead of giving commercially available packaged foods like cerelac, prefer to give homemade food. For convenience and quick cooking, you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.
