I'm gaining my weight after delivery? I wanted 2 lose my weight???

A. hi mom gaining weight after pregnancy is quite natural..you should concentrate on eating healthy, have short and frequent meals, drink lots of water, avoid oily junk sugary and salty foods and start mild exercise 20-30 mins a day

A. hi dear mom..indulge in heathy eating..avoid junk and processed food . have warm water through out the day..so half an hour workout every day. have early dinner..avoid sugar too for few days . happy parenting
