Q.

I'm breastfeeding my child, due to toothache my dentist prescribed me augmentin 625 mg & keterol 20 mg to consume for 3 days, is it safe for me to take them?

A. hello mam in case of emergency you can have that but it is still better tot alk to your doctor if he or she can prescribe you some other medicine. . . .

A. I did mention to him that I breastfeed.. is there any alternative medicines you can suggest? my toothache is really bad, wisdom tooth with decay and inflamed gums.

A. hello mum normally Augmentin is an antibiotic which is not prescribed aur advisable to be taken by the breastfeeding mother so I think you should once again talk to your dentist and inform him about this and then take the medicine
