I m a mother of 3 mother and 25 days old son.. As I can see my hair are falling I can just make out because I never had my hair falls much.. So What I should do for this any vitamin should I take pls suggest me all the the details

A. It’s Mostly due to lack of iron in the body so have that and also a hair fall is very common after delivery so need not worry about it as Such .. It would be better as of now that you start applying onion juice and ginger juice and mix quantity into your scalp keep it for 10 minutes and then just wash it you can do it one time in a week
