it means that your body is going through so many hormonal changes or having nutritional deficiencies.
so , please prefer homemade healthy and freshly cooked food.
maintain good hydration
avoid drinking RO water
apply mixture of coconut oil and two three drops of rosemary oil twice in a week which will help to prevent it
but avoid taking stress as it can cause it more
