Q.

I'm a mom of a 3 month old baby girl I'm having a belly after delivery.. how can I reduce that..

A. After delivery you should take rest for at least 3 months and then after that you can start with regular daily walking followed by mild exercise after a few days and then slowly move on for heavy workouts after 7 month. tummy exercise can be started after 5 - 6 months

A. It will take time to reduce the belly of pregnancy but dont start dieting or exercising without proper guidance. You can start light yoga after 5 month but with healthy food options
