i m a breastfeeding mother of a 4 month baby can i include curd in my lunch during winters?

A. Hello ma’am Yes absolutely you can have cold in winters no issues at all but eat it on room temperature and have it during the day time try to eat it in the afternoon time or morning time or not after evening and that should be perfectly fine for
