Q.

I'm a breast feeding mother. I have notice that off later I'm lot of mood swings, anxiety and anger. What could be the reason? And how do I overcome it.

A. its normal due to hormonal fluctuations. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. nap often to stay rested. drink lots of water

A. U Basically 10 months postpartum so at this age if these things are happening that that’s mostly due to your stress anxiety levels and all other things because initially it is mostly due to when you do not get proper sleep you have a new baby your life changes and everything so as of now also most of the things are because of the same reason only you have to have proper sleep proper food and everything and start meditating and exercising you’ll feel relieved and you are desperately looking forward for me time so try to have that me time once you start having that you will automatically be more relaxed
