hi mam I would like to know about diet to be included in early pregnancy and also how to get rid off from mood swings

A. Dear ma’am, mood swings could be due to hormonal changes or nutrient deficiency. Make sure to include adequate fiber in your diet as it helps prevent constipation and also maintain blood sugar levels which is highly important during pregnancy. Avoid excess white sugar, caffeine, processed and packaged foods. Try to include one variety of millet for one meal a day and for one part of millet use two parts of veggies. 2 kind of fruits and 300 grams of veggies and weekly thrice include green leafy vegetables. Ample water intake.
