Q.

I'm 8month running pregnant.my sugar level is FBS 115 and rbs 180 my doctor not recommend for medication . she's say no problem just do walking .plz tell me is okay for pregnancy

A. hi there is definitely requirement of proper dietary prescription please trust me on this I see lot of such gestational diabetes cases and they can be managed on diet if not insulin will be started don't worry it will get treated but show to diabetologist and also a qualified registered dietitian who see such cases
