Q.

Hi, I'm 7 months pregnant now... I did a GTT test my sugar level is little high its 180. What should I do and how can I control and is there any serious?

A. once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor. avoid sugar and oily food. walk regularly

A. Unlike other types of diabetes, gestational diabetes usually goes away on its own and soon after delivery blood sugar levels return to normal. Sweets and deserts should be avoided as they may lead to high blood augar levels.
