Q.

I'm 8 month pregnant. can u do daily exercise??? or there should be some gap?

A. its better to do only walk... take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. if you wanna start any exercise.talk to your gynaecologist

A. Yeah You can do exercise on a regular basis if you are physically fit then you can do it twice a day also as per your convenience because the exercising and The your work that you do precisely at the time of pregnancy is very light so if it suits you go ahead with it two times in a day
