Q.

I'm 35 week pregnant and my baby's weight is 2.1 kg so Dr suggested that eat protein rich food.so give me some vegetarian protein rich food.

A. You can have proper veg and non-veg protein diet where you can include egg chicken and fish you can also have vegetarian protein like soya Paneer and other things that you would want to eat this is high protein diet that you can offer
