Q.

Hi I'm 6 week pregnant can anyone suggest me some rich nutrition food dishes that helps for good growth to baby. I'm pure vegetarian so I think to full fill all my protein intake! thanks

A. Namaste Mom, You can opt for panner, also soya can be used as well, apart from.dry fruits , nuts and seeds , dals , lobia , rajma etc sprouts can be made as well but slightly cook and have instead of having it raw. milk, fruit milk shakes , kesar milk , almond and dates milk

A. Hello dear! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your daily diet. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Consult your doctor for further guidance
