Q.

i m 3 months pregnant please suggest me diet chart for 2nd trimester we r pure vegetarian and from today 4 th month going to start... some times i hv pain in my lower abdomen... it's my second pregnancy

A. Hello mom take proper rest and keep yourself well hydrated with fluid like coconut water , juicy fruits , vegetable soups etc. you take healthy home made food and have your meal on time , inbetween you can take dry fruits and nuts , fresh seasonal fruits though avoid pineapple and papaya through out the pregnancy. Take rest when ever possible and also keep yourself physically active by going for walk
