I m 3 months pregnant n I don't eat anything properly is it safe for my baby? I can't eat egg milk even rice as well? plz suggest me what will I do?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please you have to take more nutrition value food as it is good for baby as well as for your health. and if you don't eat properly then might have risk to baby. please evaluate once with doctor in person and ask for vitamins and supplements.
