ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. wwll this is half question ok. try to aaj ask again. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
