I just wanted to know my one of my breast looks up and other one is down so any suggestion please and my left breast is bit heavy than other

A. there can be possible ti of this because of feeding from one breast more than compared to other breast we can do some moderate exercises to have proper shape . .

A. hi mam,it is usually normal to have slight difference between breasts. please do regular exercises to tone the muscles. for example you can do push-ups,wall press exercise etc wear well fit inner wear maintain good posture. massage your breasts with coconut oil.
