Q.

I have undergone c-sec ,it is almost 4months.Now I'm getting spine pain which I can't bear and unable to sleep.Can you suggest what to do? I have used calcium nd iron tablet for one month only as my doctor prescribed

A. The supplements are supposed to be taken for about six months minimum that’s very good also the pain that you are feeling right now is basically because of the epidural that you got done at the time of C section so you can ask your doctor for any mile exercise to reduce down that pain
