hi I had c sec 30days back in suffering from constipation I think I have hemorrhoids please suggest how to get rid from this situation I cannot bear the pain

Author of questionMom of 2 children4 years agoA. thanq grouse sir I have another question is that I couldn't take more water so can I take sabudhana porridge,ragi porridge barley water will these effect my child.now my child is suffering pain while peeing is there any home remedy for her also

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. provide hard stool and pain because of hemorrhoids you have to take diet with a lot of green leafy vegetables all seasonal fruits preferably papaya banana etc take lot of water to drink
