I have twin's baby one boy and one girl, they are 4.9month old, my girl is very weak she's Only11kg and i am worried about it plz suggest me what to do, they have alwayscough problem and nimonia attack πi am suffering to much plz help me

Hello mom Firstly you need to identify with certain foods if there is something that is triggering her condition that you need to avoid also avoid any sort of food that is causing the issues as well and cold foods give some form of liquids that will be soothing for her as well also foods that increases the immunity by seasonal fruits and vegetables and also you can give some home-made Kadha or Tulsi water as well
