My son s 2 yr old they are not eat properly..and the weight s 11 kg... can you suggest me how to increase weight?

A. To increase the weight of the child, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, eggs, chicken, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, legumes, ghee, rice water and 550-600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
