i have thyroid and some weight loss tips and diet still breastfeeding 1.6yr old

A. hi mom as you are still breastfeeding have good proteins dals curds soya tofu paneer eggs chicken have nuts like almonds, walnuts , pistachios avoid fried, packaged, sugary foods walk half an hour

A. Lunch: 1–2 rotis or small rice + dal/fish/chicken/paneer + lots of vegetables + curd. Evening Snack: Roasted chana/makhana/peanuts + lemon water/green tea. Dinner (light): Vegetable soup + 1 roti OR veggies + paneer/egg/fish. Finish by 8–8:30 pm.

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs + 1 roti OR oats/dalia with vegetables OR poha/upma (less oil). Add 1 cup milk or curd. Mid-Morning: 1 fruit (apple/guava/papaya/pear) OR coconut water.

See I’m going to tell you here that you should definitely try practising intermittent fasting you are not exclusively breastfeeding the child intermittent fasting and basic yoga like Surya Namaskar and all would be very good for you to proceed with so that’s what you can do and eat mindfully and but once you start actually practising in intermittent fasting you will see a good difference within a month if you do it very honestly
