Early Morning:
Warm water + 5 soaked almonds or 1 tsp soaked fenugreek seeds.
Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs + 1 roti OR oats/dalia with vegetables OR poha/upma (less oil).
Add 1 cup milk or curd.
Mid-Morning:
1 fruit (apple/guava/papaya/pear) OR coconut water.

See I’m going to tell you here that you should definitely try practising intermittent fasting you are not exclusively breastfeeding the child intermittent fasting and basic yoga like Surya Namaskar and all would be very good for you to proceed with so that’s what you can do and eat mindfully and but once you start actually practising in intermittent fasting you will see a good difference within a month if you do it very honestly
