In hypothyroid condition diet plays and important role
Most important medicine should be taken on empty stomach 1st thing in the morning and nothing should be taken along with it for 30 mins
Have small and frequent meals
Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables
Always take salad before meals
Include protein like daal, paneer, milk, curd, sprouts, egg, oats, dal, beans with every meal that is breakfast lunch and dinner
Reduce the intake of excess salt like papad, achar, namkeen, farsan, fried food, junk, bread biscuit and sugars
In thyroid cabbage, cauliflower, brocolli, mushrooms, peanuts and radish are not allowed
Have water at least 10 to 16 glasses per day
Workout for 45 mins daily

If you are taking proper medication for thyroid then it will be more easy for you to lose weight. You have to start doing walk at least for 40 minutes every day. Rather than this you should add more fibre and protein is in your regular diet plan it will help in losing weight fast
