Q.

I have hypo thyroid from 2015...I'm usin 75mcg of thyonorm. my weight is more...can u suggest my diet plan and some exercises

A. Hi losing weight with thhroid is possible if u follow these tips- * Have short and frequent meals, Drink 3 liters of water, avoid oily, spicy and junk food, exercise for 30 mins everyday

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to do yoga every day this will help to reduce food cravings as well as body fat it is advisable to try to do Surya namaskar specially 21 times every day
