i have got cholecystectomy recently and my baby is 3 months. My milk supply was low before the surgery and have reduced even more after the surgery. i am taking shatavari twice in milk. Please suggest how can i further enhance milk supply

A. You should drink plenty of water during the day and even have a glass of cumin water in a day and have milk two cups and continue taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and take adequate sleep and massage breast towards nipple and apply warm compress
