Q.
hello...my baby is 8 months old.... Till 7 months breast milk supply was good.. but after that it reduced and now it becomes very low. N my baby does not consume formula milk.. please suggest how to increase milk supply again.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. You can take fenugreek absolute and good amount of liquid on an every day basis that’s going to be helpful along with a try to consume more of proteins and Phiber into your daily diet which is what is going to be helpful
