i have gone through c section delivery 2months ago still my breastmilk supply is not sufficient for my baby how do I increase it I have tried many possibilities but failed

Shatavari is a good lactation supplement that is supposed to be actually very good for you to use and along with that also I’m going to recommend you to start having water of fennel seeds hopefully that should help if nothing is helping despite of all the trial and you may have to shift to formula totally
