I have done my sonography and blood test it shows I’m not pregnant but I have ovarian cyst in uterus. Is there any chance I’m still pregnant? Does uterus ovarian cyst detect false pregnancy test? I got my periods too

A. if your sonography is negative and blood test is negative then how can you think that you maybe pregnant and ovarian cyst is not related any time to pregnancy and you had your periods also so there is no chance of pregnancy right now
