i have c section 6 months before today I done pregnancy test it's positive ,what should I do now because I am not ready for this as my child is so small.please suggest

A. you need to consult with your nearest gynecologist as soon as possible and do a proper sonography to Know the weeks of pregnancy so that your doctor can suggest well that it can be done by pills or you need to get operated
