start exercising with grade 1 core stability exercises and spinal mobility exercises like cat and camel exercise.
if you don't have any slip disc issue knee to chest exercises will also help in reducing pain

How many months back did you have your C-section you have not given any details I would advise you to keep a heat pad or hot water bottle that is going to give you relief you should also do Keagle exercises that quite beneficial and if needed please consult your doctor one time
