Q.
I have a one month old baby. In the current weather, he is wearing 4 layers of clothes at night - Cotton Vest, Thermal, Winter wear fleece night suit, Half sleeve sweater on top. Wanted to know is it too much for night. Also I use oil heater in room which is turned off before baby sleeps at night. Please suggest if the layering is fine considering blanket also.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Yes it is fine, Generally new born baby need layers of clothing to prevent affect due to temperature change. you can make him wear an inner and full cotton jhabala. 28 degrees is fine for newborn.
