I have a daughter 6 years 4 months old. In my first pregnancy I had preeclampsia symptoms such as high BP, swelling in the body including face, upper abdominal pain, usually under your ribs on the right side, proteinuria and weight gain up to 85 kgs due to fluid retention. I had an emergency c-section delivery under spinal anaesthesia to prevent meconium aspiration by baby. But even after these many years I have hypertension at times and also edema in the body. Please advise on this.
