Mom of a 10 yr 5 m old girl4 years ago
Q.

I am mom of a 6 years 4 months old girl. It is my first pregnancy. During pregnancy, I had preeclampsia with symptoms such as high BP, proteinuria, swelling all over the body including face, upper abdominal pain, usually under ribs on the right side and weight gain up to 85 kgs due to fluid retention. I had an emergency c-section under spinal anaesthesia to prevent meconium aspiration by baby. By even after these many years, I am having hypertension at times and edema in the body frequently. Please advise on this issue.
