Q.

I have a 1.5-month-old baby and I’m a breastfeeding mom. I feel very hungry all the time and I’m scared to eat as I have already put on a lot of weight. How can I manage this? Can I have muesli twice a day as a snack?

A. You know what to do is I can understand your concern of feeding mom and you just hold onto the food when you are feeding mother it’s not you it’s the entire Women community after they deliver the child so what do you do is eat mindful instead of eating random food stuff you know you should start eating more of nuts rise you can go for having roasted dry fruits and look for healthier options and some bars and snack that you can prepare at home which are moral protein in the diet so that is going to help
